Sopa Coliflor

Rica sopa baja en calorías.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Picar cebolla en cubos con el ajo y dorar (sin aceite) agregar cucharadas de agua para evitar que se pegue.
  2. Agregar coliflor picada y seguir dorando por 5 min.
  3. Agregar leche y completar con agua hasta tapar. Condimentar con sal, pimienta y nuez moscada. Cocinar por 15 min.
  4. Moler y filtrar.
  5. Montaje: servir y agregar cebollino y gotas de aceite de oliva.
