Crepas Harina de Trigo

Crepas convencionales dulces y saladas.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Derretir la mantequilla en el microondas o a baño maría.
  2. Mezclar todos los ingredientes hasta tener una mezcla liquida.
  3. Colocar una pequeña cantidad de mezcla en un sartén con antiadherente y cubrir el fondo con una capa delgada y dejar cocinar hasta que se despeguen las orillas.
  4. Voltear la crepa y dejar que se cocine aprox. 15 segundos más y retirar del fuego.
