Thai Fried Rice

A delicious pork, chicken, or beef fried rice.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Beat eggs in a small bowl.
  2. Heat 1/2 tbsp olive oil in hot wok, scramble eggs, and reserve.
  3. In wok, add remainder of olive oil, onion, garlic, and pork. Cook until browned.
  4. Add tomato, sugar, pepper, and salt. Add rice and mix well. Cook for 6-8 minutes.
  5. Add eggs and soy sauce, mix well.
  6. Note: pork can be substituted with chicken or beef.
