Aubergines à la Parmesane

Aubergines tomates et parmesan.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Faire rissoler l'oignon haché et l'ail écrasé dans l'huile pendant 5 minutes.
  2. Ajouter les tomates, l'origan le sel et poivre.
  3. Mélanger le tout.
  4. Découper les aubergines en tranches fines dans la longueur.
  5. Précuire les aubergines soit à la poêle dans de l'huile doit vapeur.
  6. Disposer une couche d'aubergine dans un plat puis tomates et ainsi de suite.
  7. Finir par tomates puis parmesan, mozzarella et chapelure.
  8. Enfourner 30 minutes au four à 180 degrés.
