Starting weight was incorrect...Monday I was 209 with (heavy boots on). I started dieting Tuesday and just weighed myself at the gym..202! almost 201. I really want to break 200. I would love to lose the rest of this stubborn baby weight. I have hope though especially since I've had progress so fast..however I'm not forgetting it's much easier to lose weight when starting from a heavy point.
91.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
