I need to harvest the self control I once had. I do amazing all day..then come home and some nights I'm so tired but can't sleep and then I snack...I'm not gaining but I'm sure as heck not going to get where I want to be. I need to just go to bed when I get home..which is around 12am. I've had extremely bad carpal tunnel lately which is literally making my life miserable..who knew it was this bad? I've tried the exercises I've tried the splint I've tried tumeric with apple cider vinegar every morning because tumeric is said to help inflamation. I'm just frustrated because I won't take nerve blockers like gabapentin..so I feel like my last stop is surgery. I hear it's quite simple. I'm just tired of waking up in tears..this morning was so bad I was crying in bed and almost took the gabapentin...but I resisted.. I don't like medications especially certain ones I guess u could say. Thinking of trying a topical CBD cream to maybe give me some relief or at least bridge a gap until I can take time off for surgery. Any way I got off track...and I really need to get my self control back at night. 🤞

Anyone have suggestions for breaking thru a plateau? I've been 169-172 for a while now and I'm not really sure how to break it. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

I am in the process of moving and while packing and cleaning I found paper work from an urgent care when i was 8weeks pregnant..(my son is now 20 months just to give a time frame). I slipped and hurt my ankle but they couldn't xray due to being pregnant...anyway, I saw my weight....202.. and that was the beginning of pregnancy...i probably ended up somewhere between 245-250. Almost 3 years later I am 169...I guess I was just shocked that I was that heavy to begin with..a lot of my weight gain is from medication i take daily but I wasn't eating right either. It just feels good to be healthier. I even was able to stop taking blood pressure meds. Things like that help reinforce that I am making good choices. 😁

finally broke 170!! felt stuck teetering back and forth from 173ish-170. waited a day or two to log this win..just to make sure..lol. started using Google fit..was mainly curious how many steps i take at work yesterday was almost 12,000.
