I am starting over again and following the Best Life, I have taken to sitting to much even though I go to the gym I lost before on Best Life and felt great.
Will have to tweak a bit as I have food sensitivities but It will work for me I am sure.
65.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
