according to the wii fit i lost .2 lbs. and it is at 200.4. better than nothing.
So my schedule says 2947kcal as being burned today. I am pretty sure that is incorrect. I have done all those exercises but I couldn't have burnt that much. My intake is 1312 so far. I haven't made dinner yet. I think I should do that soon.
My mother in law let me borrow her body bugg to help find the actual caloric burn I have had today. It is bugging the crap out of me. I put it on this morning and I have had to re-adjust it, remove cause it was itchy, and feel it compressing my arm occasionally throughout the day. I think I will just order 2 watches for my husband and I and monitor that way. Not too sure what else to do except give it time :(
