Lost the weight I put on from Vacation, and now I am working on keeping it off. It seems to be a struggle every weekend when friends want us to go out.
68.5 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
