I kind of "fell off the wagon" so to speak over the weekend. I had 2 1/2 Kashi roasted veggie pizzas over the weekend!! & added additional veggies & cheese to all 3 (more broc, added pineapple & mushrooms). Wasn't as active this weekend as I normally have been. Also ate quite a few dark chocolate covered pomagranates from Costco.
72.6 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
