Started back walking (morning & afternoon work breaks) yesterday after taking about 3 weeks off.
"Walktober" challenge at work starts tomorrow. We are challenged to get at LEAST 5,000 steps/day in ("bronze leaf"), try for 7,500/day ("silver leaf"), & REALLY shoot for 10,000/day ("gold leaf") every day for at least 20 of the 31 days in October.
Buying a Fitbit tonight to try REALLY HARD this year (it's an annual event at work) to keep BETTER track of my walking & try to keep the better health habit going even when the challenge is done.

Been rockin' a mostly paleo diet for a couple of weeks now. LOVE IT! Have more energy, not getting the "brain fog". Hope the weight keeps dropping off too.

Not "feeling" the progress sometimes. So I looked back at my daily recordings of my weigh-ins with body fat too. Started out the year at 175# & 43% body fat. At 165# & 40-41% body fat now. Progress is slow but at least it is PROGRESS. It's only about a pound a MONTH, on average. At this rate I'll hit my target weight in about 3 YEARS!! So I've stepped up my game a bit. I've started a modified paleo diet about a week ago & added weight lifting to my daily exercise breaks.
