It figures... I'm good as nearly gold.. and I gain.. I gorge on an entire package of licorish, a Large second cup orange hot chocolate with whip creams and skip the gym for 3 days and lose weight...
I guess at least I didn't gain..
This week, I should be back on schedule and I'm going skiing on Monday.
And HOOORAY... I broke the 150 lb barrier.. in 3.6 lbs I'll hit the upper end of the reasonable doctor approved weight zone - everything after that is icing on the cake
