I only lost 1 lb this week but at least I lost. I have been super busy and finding it hard to work out. The stress can also lead to over eating (good things but too much) or bad eating (two days ago I had a snickers icecream cone and a candybar!)
Tomorrow my big project is due and the pressure will be off to some extent. But my brother arrives in town today and we will be eating out. Ugh!
