Finally felt well enough to do a light workout. I did 45 minutes on the elliptical stepper, but only at 10 calories per minute. Felt really tired at the end of it. And since I was at the gym I also weighed in. Gained two pounds. Not as bad as I thought given that I haven't worked out for two weeks and have been eating basically anything that looked good to me.
86.2 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Great that your feelin better..probably take a few days to build your energy level bck up..take it easy and build bck into it
