kaz_12's Journal, 09 Apr 10

Surprisingly lighter this morning, and I don't know why. Losing two more pounds (or at least 1.5) will take me 1/3 way to my goal! I hope it'll happen by the end of April.

To see how close I'm coming, I try putting on my favorite dress I used to wear when I moved this town. It is Betsy Johnson's size 6 dress to be exact. Oh, I am not close yet. I need to lose at least three inches for midriff, which is always my problem area. This dress material is cotton, so there is no stretch to play... I really want to wear this dress again this summer!

Exercise: The FIRM Hard Core Fusion(HCF) express; Winsor Pilates Body Blast(BB)

So. Moving process has started, AGAIN. I really hope it sticks this time and we'll be at the destination on the scheduled date. I did paperwork for packing schedule, and it will happen in three weeks. I also went library to pick up more books. I am determine to finish reading books from this library as many as I can, till the last minute. I went an auto shop to put freon into A/C (again) because it gets so hot lately! (I sweat and was so exhausted from driving a car without A/C today as if I did exercise.) While I was waiting for the job to be done, I had no choice but going Miami Subs. I ended up to have french fries... It's baaaaad! I need to manage my today's total calories to be under DRI, at least.

What I bought today.
EAS Carb Control Shake--This can boost up my protein without pushing carbs number. 17g protein and 110 calories. Almost no fiber though. (Dark Chocolate flavor has more fiber/carb than French Vanilla.)
Benefiber--Increasing fiber intake is also my problem. Since I am taking thyroid medicine, I am a little nervous of taking fiber supplements. I need to manage the timing of consumption for each. I can add it into any food which is great.
Skippy Natural Creamy Peanut Butter--All ingredients in it is supposed to be "natural". There is no Partially Hydrogenated Vegetable Oils in it. I don't know why it is still creamy and have long-shelf-life though. Maybe something is hidden...?!

I'm reading "Graceling" by Kristin Gashore. It's not bad for now. I got "Fire", the story after "Graceling", from library already. I hope I can at least finish reading "Graceling" this weekend.
