I am VERY happy with my progress. My post-partum weight loss goal has always been to lose 1/2 to 1 lb per week. I'm down over 35 lbs since the day my daughter was born (202lbs). Only about 10 more lbs to got to "officially" no longer be "overweight" according to my BMI (<155 lbs). That's my current, short-term goal & I would like to get there NO LATER than late Sept in time for our family vacation to FL. I'm struggling a bit right now to find a new rhythm b/c I suddenly have to remove all dairy from my diet b/c of nursing issues. So that has thrown my eating habbits for a loop and I'm having to find NEW "regular" foods that are healthy and tasty and quick/easy to throw together in under 5-10 minutes. I'll get there. It's just hindering my weight loss efforts in the short-term.
