Have to change my "diet" for the next few months. I'm nursing my daughter & she's having digestive issues. I'm 100% cutting out dairy from my diet to see if that helps her. It may SOUND like it would help me lose weight but it's kind of the opposite, at least for the beginning.
75.3 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
