Was surprised that I lost 3 pounds this week feel really bloated still and the "laxative" I took yesterday didnt work brownie just made my sugar high this am 140. so back to the drawing board!
105.7 kg Lost so far: 19.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
