I started qysmia on Sunday at 3.75 i am suppose to use it for two weeks and then go to the 7.5 dose not sure how this is really going to work. i have been having some side effects not sure if it was from lack of eating or now not eating small meals ever 2 hours but i am not liking it at this point. I am going to try to stick with it for the 6 weeks as i paid 75.00 for the next months does of meds but not guarentee after that......

Today is my first day of my weight management fingers hurt from working out as well as my neck hips and back but im keep on going got water on my desk and im drink it tires of my heart hurting in the heat of TX. Will be good till my friends bday and then get grilled food when we eat out and work this program till labor day go off a bit and back on my grind till my bday looking for 20 pounds i can do this i have done it many many times before i just pray that this time when i do it i keep it off and dont blow back up like i have no no cloths fit and im fustrated with myself.

Today is a start not sure of what or where the goal will take me or how the journey will begin or end. Not even sure of the motivation behind all that is going on. I do know that something has to change but not sure if i am ready for the change......
