Been a hard week fighting food cravings and feeling jittery (a 500 cal diet will do that I guess) but I finally lost a bit. I woke up really really strange feeling, and although I wasn't hungry, my body definitely needed some food...Like a real meal! The weekend is coming, and I take a break from counting cals usually, and hit it harder on week days, but definitely gotta be careful! Feed the body when it tells you to, and when it's not hungry, but your brain wants you to eat (cuz brains are little devils) you've gotta slam some water, chew gum, or find another alternative and teach yourself discipline! Keep fighting! ♥
51.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I’ve never heard of a diet that low in calories. Do you mind if I ask how you came about this method of weight loss?

i would love to know too! i am currently hitting about 1,000 calories a day which is very dangerous if youre very active and dont know how to properly diet! please be safe!

I'm eating more today and 2morrow, it's just the weekdays I tend to do this.

If you feel light-headed or headache-y, add some salt or bouillon. VLCD has similar effects as starting low carb. HCG is the only diet besides keto that works for me. I am T2D and gain weight if I look at starchy foods. Check out HCGDietInfo.com or CleanStartWeightLoss.com The only thing about HCG that worries me, is so many use it to lose weight but are back a year or two later to re-lose.

HCG really works for me as a cleanup thing, and makes my brain clearer. I'm quite used to eating a lower amount of cals, so I can get away with it better than most. CHose the diet that works for you. Everyone is different.
