I had a craving last night for Baked Lays & French Onion Dip. I went a little over board & ate 2/3 of the bag of chips & about half the jar of dip!! The sadest part is that it didn't taste as GREAT as I remember b/c I REALLY wanted Frito Lay brand dip (metal can) but it's not sold in Colorado any longer. I had Lay's dip (glass jar) that's "ok" but wasn't the TASTE I was craving. So I over-ate something SIMILAR to try to satisfy the craving.
In general, I've been doing pretty well with keeping better eating habbits. This past week or so (especially the last couple of days), I've SO HUNGRY for some reason. Other than last night's chip-slip, I've still been doing VERY WELL at chosing healthy options to fulfill my hunger.....apples, protein bars, a "Lean Cuisine"-type frozen meal, steamed veggies, etc.
I've been pumping & nursing more the last couple of weeks. Maybe that's why I'm hungier lately.
76.0 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
