in an effort to gain/maintain muscle while still losing fat I am losing extremely slow. LCHF based on typical 25g net carbs, 110-115g protein, rest fat up to 2200-2400 overall daily calories. Typical energy expenditure 2300-2600 per day. FATSECRET RDI 3100.
78.8 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
