weight has gone up yesterday, and today again.. would anyone willing to go through my food diary to see whats causing the weight gain? or the lbs i've been droping could be water weight too maybe....
67.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Are you drinking lots and lots of water? That's important on WW, I didn't do it at first but when I did, 6lb just came right off. I'll check your diary!

Maybe the pasta and muffin/donuts? Try eating more salad and protein and looots of water

hahaha yes the pasta muffin scone and donuts! i've been just counting points and gone crazy for these starchy sweet stuff!! ya I think my water intake is lower for these few days. I'll try to keep up!

WW works great for me when I stick to my points for the day. I lose 1 to 2 pounds a week. I looked up your starting weight in the WW manual and it suggests a daily target of 20 points a day for weight loss. Stay closer to that number and drink plenty of water. Good Luck!
