I did not meet the challenge of losing 5 lbs in 3 weeks but I DID lose 3 lbs. At least I made progress!! Although I didn't lose the POUNDS, I HAVE lost a couple % of body fat, according to my home scale..... from 43% down to 41%. It's not always about the LBS. I had a tooth (molar) pulled Fri afternoon. On a "soft" diet for a week.....NOT helping my diet any.....mashed potatoes, apples sauce & tomato soup! Can't get my heart rate up for a while either....makes the socket hurt. I think I'll be lucky to MAINTAIN my weight for the next couple of weeks.
