We hit a major milestone at work after 7 months of hard work. We went to celebrate and I had one beer that I don't feel a bit guilty over. It was easy to resist the bar food. Not even tempted to have fries or chips. Pat on the back.
69.4 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
