I know its a slow loss for me on the scales,but my clothes are fitting better, and I feel much better in my health, not as tired, and sleeping better at night. and I am down 11.7 lbs since Feb 18th ,thats 31 days.and I am happy with that. I am looking at the distant picture .and thinking how I will look on Feb 20th next year,when I will be going to a big reunion.as I keep on track.and this isnt a diet its a lifestyle to good health and fitter and happier life, because I will be able to be more involved and active with walking and dancing as I get fitter .
