Now that I have run my second half marathon in less than a month, I HAVE to stop eating like a ravenous runner!!
62.5 kg Lost so far: 28.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week

Do you have any tips/articles to share about preparing for a marathon? I plan on doing my first 1/2 marathon this summer and I want/need as much advice as I can get!
