That's more what I would expect from dropping water weight. Getting stuff done during my lunch. Not even hungry and I haven't eaten much today so that is good.
127.4 kg Lost so far: 30.4 kg.    Still to go: 14.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
