Well looks like I may have reached a high water mark of adding weight as I am down 6 pound today with no diet change. That was a gain 32 lbs from my ending diet weight in November of 172. Morning sugar levels still holding under 100, 93 this morning. I am eating pretty munch anything including lots 1/2 boxes a day of Girl Scout cookies. Though I have not as very hungry the last few weeks.

Still working out 4 times a week about 7 hours total. Mostly cardio/leg work as opposed to weights and cardio 4 weeks back.

Would like to stabilize around 185 and hold my waist line between 36"& 38".
89.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
Losing 3.8 kg a Week
