I work with computers in an office environment and was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes about 4 years ago but have yet to take drugs for the issues. Have increased exercise and modified food intake to control while slowly and losing the battle. I am fairly fit but have plateaued between 205-214 from 245 over the past 2 years. Work out 3-5 times a week (basketball, running 2-4 mi, weights, swimming). Something needed to change and I would prefer to control that change than change control me.
