On Friday 9 June I did an extremely hard workout and within an hour of leaving gym got an intense pain in the lower back, so much so I could barely move without pain Friday and most of Sat, on Sunday I felt a little better but though it prudent to take it easy and not strain it again. Because I my zealousness at the gym I failed I the push up challenge. Once my back heals at a minimum I will complete the rest of the days.
