Went away on vacation for Christmas - found that my ability to record most of my food relied heavily on having easy access to my computer and internet - decided just to enjoy Christmas and eat normally - which should read - when possible make good choices to make up for the higher than normal intake of sweats and yummies. Now I'm back on track and relieved that I don't have any damage to undo. Heck, I even lost 0.2 lbs. I've finally got my skis out for a try. It was great. I'm hoping that cross country skiing is as good as they say.
72.2 kg Lost so far: 16.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
