Managed to get to 13.13 just before a weeks holiday, this took me to 7.5 stone off, I wasn't going to miss out on holiday food and beer so enjoyed myself within reason but still managed to put 6lb back on, so its back to the diet an exercise now. Hoping to hit 8 stone off by August!
