Yay finally got that last few pounds off for my 8 Stone, 18 months of trying to get fitter and healthier, I'm down from 4 blood pressure tablets a day to one and need to go back and review that, lots of aches and pains gone which to me is the real benefit in losing weight and my biggest crush of over 30 years smiled at me the other day good job the wife didn't see her else I would have got a thick ear, only you can change yourself but support from others really helps, good luck on your Journey, I'm seeing if i can get another 7lb off then try and maintain.

Haven't weighed in for a bit , I did get to within 1 pound of losing my 8 stone since going to the doctors in March 2016,today i am 2.6lb away really hoping at some stage next week i reach my magic figure i wanted to lose 8 stone in time for our 25th wedding anniversary. I honestly never thought id lose 2 stone but exercise and cutting out the rubbish food does work, Good luck on your Journey!

Good couple of weeks on the scales , I am 1 lb over where i was before going to America and having a blow out, head down and get the next 5lb, 80`s night Saturday and BBQ wont help :) Have a great weekend!
