I think I'm letting the BLT's get the best of me. I'm still following the program closely up until 5:00 in the evenings when things seem to get a little tricky and the food demons come out. I resolve next week to have fruit/veggie and protein with every meal. I also will count my oops moments to no more than 10. I will get down by 10 this year.
80.7 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.1 kg a Week

Have you tryed turkey bacon it realy is good on Merita Smart Wheat both are les in cal and fat. and after five it really helps to eat like grapes, berrys, cucommers,make a lot of pieces out of it, something that has a lot of it till you can cut down and manage it better. good luck,
