My goals for my "Lose 24lbs in 12 weeks" challenge. I don't necessarily want to lose 24lbs but I want to do the steps that would get me to my goal of losing 15 lbs. And then toning from there. I tend to have the hardest time with my eating habits than my workout habits for I'm a very active person. I NEVER drink enough water,and I NEVER get enough sleep. So the following list of goals will promote a healthier happier me for the next 12 weeks and beyond. I will be adding goals as time goes by but I figure this is a good start.

1.Lose 15 lbs
2.Drink 8 glasses of water a day
3.Workout 5-6 times a week doing various activities
4.Eat at least 4 times a day on a 1,200 cal diet for the first couple of weeks and as time goes adjust calorie intake for healthier results
5.Not degrade myself,or let others.
6.Sleep for at least 8 hrs
7.No alcohol for at least 2 weeks,and go from there.
68.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
