Eh, good days and bad. Trying to find the balance. I have the all or nothing attitude, and that isn't always great. One bad day or over indulgent meal tends to make me give up, instead I need to just start new at the next meal. Good choices.
Didn't get all my runs in last week. Finally ran yesterday, and it sucked. I had no energy, my calves burned, my stomach hurt, my feet weighed a thousand pounds, and I had to stop and cry, b/c I was depressed. But at least I got back out there. I decided to go ahed with week 6(of 12) of my 10k training.
