Been away in Scotland for 5 days. stuck religiously to diet, and did a fair bit of hill walking. The results speak for themselves! Time to start exercising properly I think!
110.0 kg Lost so far: 8.0 kg.    Still to go: 30.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
