not going so good afterall.........................arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

need to buck up my ideas or catastrophe will occur ................it is written in the stars..

here is to picking myself up, dusting myself off and starting all over again............yeah man.

You can do it! It has helped me so much to track my food on here, I hated the thought of doing it, but now I can't wait to enter it. It really helps to see where the calories are coming from and what you can change, just small steps.

That is such good advice christyF has given - I also record all I eat. Please make sure you get enough calories in, I think you should not go under 1800 maybe even 2000 cals. If you restrict too much you will feel like you are starving and that is no place to be. Give recording your food a honest try - it is tedious at the beginning but soon you'll get really fast at it. Also come on here this website daily. Journal your thoughts, fears, hopes and dreams. Read journals and bios from other members and be inspired by that. We CAN DO THIS TOGETHER!!!! If we fall off the way we get up again and keep going where we left off. As long as we try and do we are NO failures - when we give up is when we failed. I will keep you in my prayers daily and encourage you to do the same. Our LORD is faithful - hang in there and trust.
