1. I got a good walk in last night. I feel better this morning. 2. Weight was back down today. 3. Still cutting salt and increasing water intake. 4. Blood sugar was 110 mg/dL. 5. Blood Pressure was 136/97 @ 78 bpm. 6. Ketosis was up at a 46 today. 7. I did have some snacks later in the evening than I would like to be eating but, they were all within Diet perimeters. 8. Got some great plans for this upcoming weekend and really looking forward to it. 9. Attached a picture of my sister at the archery range. I love the huge smile she gave me (typical teenager, lol).
