i fall off the track and not following strickly for a few weeks. I should get back on it now. and maybe i should start to write daily food diaries.

My goal weight is 107lb starting at 144.0 high5'2. hopefully succesfully loosing 5 lbs at least per month.
65.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
