Ending this last 3 years of medical nightmares! Done letting it get the better of me. 2017 goal....62 lbs!! I CAN DO THIS!!! (weight was from Monday)
105.5 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 30.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
