I'm doing everything I'm suppose to do and still not loosing weight I just don't understand.):
83.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Are your clothes more loose? Sometimes we lose fat before we see a loss on the scale because of fat loss from the protein. Age does play a role in rate of loss too. You may need to keep your caloric intake lower. Even on Atkins, if you eat too much you may not lose. You might try eating 1400 a day for a week and see what happens. Are you having a lot of sodium? Are you drinking water? Are you being active? If you are able and not currently exercising, you may want to start. Even buying a pedometer and trying to get in 10,000 steps a day is a good way to start. Are you getting in your vegetables? If your clothes are getting more loose than you know it is working and the scale will eventually follow. If not, keep changing things up. Not all diets work for everyone.
