It was a stressful week, but I made it with a loss :).Good news!! I will need it to make it through the next week!

75.7 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg. Still to go: 12.2 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Next week is going to be tough. My goal is to stay totally on program and use my extra points on Thursday. I weigh in on Friday. Good Luck to EVERYONE next week.
