One of the things I hate about trying to lose weight is the up and down nature of it. I think it's good to weigh in every day because it keeps me focused. But I can't help feeling discouraged when I register a small weight gain.
89.1 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
