first loss in 12 days and i do not care it is only 200 grams- i am THRILLED :)
- Especially because I also got to have a REALLY big piece of cream sponge yesterday while stuck travelling and STILL lost :)
107.8 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
