Started a lowering calorie diet. To lose 35 lbs in 5 months I will start off with eating under 1700 calories a day and slowly work my way down to just under 1500 calories a day.
94.0 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 16.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
