period is gone, but still struggling with getting back on track with the eating, it has been better since the holidays are now behind me!!

I waited too long between breafast and lunch today and then when i did eat i ate whatever looked good, the only plus is that it wasn't all ice cream and potato chips, but just about!! at least there was a tiny bit of protein mixed in!

a good thing tho is that i am back on track in going to the gym. i was able to do 35 minutes on the eliptical and about 15 minutes working with weights to strengthen my upper body.
87.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
