What a way to follow up a good first week! This past week went really well and I stuck to my goal of using less weekly points. This week my goal is to work out twice for at least 30 minutes each time. Tomorrow will be the first day and then I will probably work out sometime this weekend. Hopefully I will continue as strong as I have been. Sad thing is, the meeting topic tonight was not eating because of emotions and I was rather frustrated tonight, so rather than having just one egg roll I had three. Counted them all and had only a portion of the rice I planned so it kind of was a wash, but nonetheless I still did what I shouldn't have. So anyway, here's to a great two weeks and hoping for a strong third! I can't complain about the progress I am making, it definitely feels good that I have made a goal and stuck with it!
