2 pounds is good but i'm an impatient person. I also have to get into eating well again. I had 2 bad meals this week and it makes me feel like crap after i eat them...so why do I?

Cheating is good as long as you get right back on your diet. Actually, you should cheat. When you diet for a long time and do not get the calories your body is accustomed to, it goes into a starvation mode and starts to slow down the metabolism. Every time you cheat, your body relaxes and the weight starts to jump off again. So, every four days or so, eat an entire pizza! Then, go right back on the diet! Good luck!

don't eat an entire pizza... probably a bad idea in my opinion. but maybe go for a real burger with toppings instead, and with a salad and a beer :)
